We accept payments from PayPal and all major credit and debit cards. VAT is included for orders in Singapore. VAT, duties and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders outside Singapore.
Tyche never stores or transfer any credit card information. Tyche uses the external payment gateway PayPal for e-commerce. PayPal handles card information and use technology that allow the identification of the cardholder, and both meet the requirements of the PCI DSS and CAS and utilize PCI-secured payments.

If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact us, as well as the Delivery Company. You will need to inform us what is damaged and also let us know the case number of the Delivery Company’s claim form. We will follow up with the case and decide the best way to settle it.
LOST IN TRANSIT
After an order has been transferred over to the courier, the responsibility for the delivery no longer falls on Tyche. In the event of a lost shipment, no actions will be taken until the investigation by the Courier is concluded.
Warranty for our products is one year from purchase date. Please note that the warranty does not cover batteries and/or leather straps (as is practice in the watch industry). The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Tyche.
To return any item(s) you are not completely happy with, you are required to send the item(s) back to us by using major courier services (e.g. FedEx, DHL or UPS). Returns are allowed within 7 days of receipt. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to be provided a return address, items must be returned to us unused, in original packaging, and with all original brand tags still attached. We will not accept returned goods that are damaged in transit and that we are not liable for items lost in the post. The return shipping for products are paid for by the customer. All returns/refunds will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee, which includes the shipping fee paid to the courier company, when we deliver the product to you the first time round.
We collect basic personal information about our customers when an order is placed. This information is securely stored and is necessary to carry out delivery and to contact you as a customer if a problem should arise, or for important news such as new product launches. We will never disclose any such information to third parties.
