How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free for all orders.
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee varies depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Tyche cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information.
Deliveries to Singapore take 1-5 working days.
Deliveries outside Singapore take 3-12 working days with Standard Shipping.
Kindly note that packages are not transported nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays.
While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, we acknowledge that the unforeseeable is inevitable. External factors outside of Tyche’s and its courier’s control, such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures, are bound to occasionally cause delays, and we ask for your patience and understanding when they do.
Additionally, please note that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, but only for countries outside Singapore.
During checkout, customers outside Singapore have the option to upgrade to a faster express shipping courier service (usually DHL) for S$30.
We'll send you a tracking number after the shipment leaves the warehouse. Please allow more time during holiday seasons.
What if I refuse delivery?
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
