Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do.

Where can you guys not ship?
We are not able to deliver to access points or temporary residents such as hotels and military bases. Hence, we recommend that you set your delivery/shipping address to a residential address where there will always be someone available to receive the package.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
Your order may be subjected to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee varies depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

How long will delivery take?
Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse processes your order within 1-3 working days.

It is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on it's way to you, you will receive an e-mail notification containing your tracking information.

Singapore orders take 1-3 working days.

International orders take 5-30 working days.

Kindly note that packages are not transported nor delivered on weekends and local public holidays.

While we always strive to have our orders delivered on time, we acknowledge that the unforeseeable is inevitable. External factors outside of Tyche’s and its courier’s control, such as extreme weather conditions and technical failures, are bound to occasionally cause delays, and we ask for your patience and understanding when they do.

Additionally, please note that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.

What if I refuse delivery?
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
