Why haven’t I received an order confirmation, did my order go through?
In the event of a missing order confirmation, please make sure to double check your spam folders/boxes. As long as funds has been deducted from your account you can be certain that your order has been processed. If you didn’t receive your confirmation e-mail and it isn’t in your spam folder, reach out to our customer support at support@tychewatches.co and we will help you out.

Please note that confirmation e-mails quite often ends up in spam boxes. 

Is the shipping really free?
Yes, worldwide standard shipping is free for all orders when buying from Tyche's official website. 

How long will it take to receive my package?

Will there be any additional fees for my package to arrive?
If you live in Singapore, all fees are covered and you will not receive any additional fees to receive your package. If you live outside of Singapore, VAT, duties, and/or other fees for import are not included, and may apply for the customer. We are not able to estimate these quotes and recommend you to check with your regional customs authority. Returns made due to VAT, duties and/or other fees for import will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Where is my package?
When you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and, as soon as the shipment is created, an e-mail with your tracking information.

Where can you guys ship my watch?
Wherever all available couriers and postage services can deliver to. Our couriers and delivery services are not able to deliver to access points or temporary residents such as hotels. Hence, we recommend that you set your delivery/shipping address to a residential address where there will always be someone available to receive the package. If you desire to receive your package at a special location, such as a military base, please send us an e-mail at sales@tychewatches.co before placing an order. 

Can you ship to my country?
Most probably yes, but send an e-mail to sales@tychewatches.co to confirm the availability before you place an order, if you're uncertain. 

Can I change my order after it is completed?
It depends if your order has already been dispatched and our inventory levels. Drop us an e-mail at sales@tychewatches.co to confirm. 

My packaging or product is defect, what should I do?
Your satisfaction is very important to us, please contact us at sales@tychewatches.co and include a video or picture or two of the defect. Please do not return your product without consulting our customer care.

I need my watch serviced or repaired?
Send us an e-mail at support@tychewatches.co and include a video or picture or two of your issue. Average handling times for repairs are 4-6 weeks including shipping.

How do I change straps?
You can easily change the straps of our watch with the interchangeable spring strap bar function located at the back of the strap. 

How do I clean my strap?
We recommend that you use products specifically created for washing-up leather. Soap and water will discolor and desiccate leather straps.

What methods of payment do you offer?
We currently accept payments from PayPal, and all major credit and debit cards. 

Can I expect the color of my product to look the same in reality as in the pictures?
Yes, it’s worth noting, however, that different monitors/screens/panels projects colors differently. Our pictures has been optimized for viewing on the most common devices.

Are your watches water resistant?
Yes, our watches are water-resistant up to 5ATM (50M). However, to prolong the lifespan of the watch and prevent any damage, we recommend not putting the watch in contact with water, if possible. Daily usage like washing of hands and slight drizzles are fine. Please note that our watches are NOT waterproof, so activities like diving or swimming will damage the watch.

Do you do bespoke pieces or engrave?
Yes, but we classify this as a B2B, wholesale or customization proposal and will only accept if you have a pending order of 500 pieces or more.
